This exciting overnight experience begins with refreshments on arrival at the Zoo, followed by a very tasty outback dinner and a hike through Zoo grounds to take a sneak, nocturnal peek at the animals. Afterwards guests can enjoy a campfire supper (weather dependent) before sleeping out in their safari tents under the stars.The next morning guests awake to the squeak, growl, rumble and roar of the Zoo's many diverse and unique creatures!Before breakfast, there's a fantastic behind-the-scenes experience with a two hour guided walk through the Zoo, after which guests are free to explore the Zoo at their leisure.This amazing adventure occurs every Saturday night and some weeknights during school holidays and busy periods. Children must be accompanied by an adult and bookings are essential. Not suitable for children under the age of five years.
