Fantastic cruise, moreron island has so much to offer.Snorkeling through the wrecks, boom netting or sand dune discovery. Staff were so friendly and helpfully with any requests. The captian was so knowledgeable about the island and the marine life. So much marine life to see dolphins, turtles and dugongs. Must do cruise.

A great family day out !! Snorkelling, boom netting, so much you learn about Moreton bay and the species of wildlife that live here - plus we saw a so many dolphins, dugongs, turtles, and stingrays and you get plenty of time to play at the beach and climb sand dunes too.

What an amazing day! The crew are fabulous and make you feel very safe and welcome. Thanks to the awesome Captain Gary for a great trip over and back, showing us how to drive the boat and all the in between chats. Huge thanks to Tish, Lauren and especially Jade for all of your assistance, checking in on us and looking after us for the day. And a special thanks to owner Lisa for all of your knowledge shared and your passion for your work which shines through. This was a bucket list item to see dugongs in the wild and you all made it so easy. I highly recommend everyone to hop on this day trip adventure!!

Terrible customer service, bad communication and zero compassion. I had booked for my family and myself (1x family (2 adults + 2 children) + 1extra child) $480, for Dolphin Wild Island Cruises - Eco Marine Safari Cruise and Snorkel -Self-Drive day 2 Oct 2021. On the 1 Oct I received an text from QLD COVID team informing me that I was a casual contact and to get a COVID test, then isolate until a negative test result was received. This obviously meant I could not attend the booking, I then attempted to contact Dolphin Wild Island Cruises via phone, Facebook, Messager, their website and email. No answer. All we wanted to do was change the booking for any other day. Then received an email, with a curt no you will not be able to change days or have a refund because they are a small business, and the office is shut due to COVID staff restrictions. Unacceptable: I can’t afford to lose this amount of money as a result of me doing the right thing by checking in with QR codes and obeying the isolation order. Not answering due to office shut. Why couldn’t they forward the calls to one of their mobile numbers. The same goes for the FB and emails. No EXCUSE. I strongly discourage anyone booking with this outfit, especially any intrastate tourists once boarders are opened. You will not be able to reschedule your booking with this belligerent company

Went out with Lisa and her awesome crew on Saturday and simply loved it. The vessel is large, safe and comfortable. The management of the day was comprehensive and effective but conducted in a friendly and engaging manner. The food was fresh, plentiful and satisfying. The bay was a joy. Turtles, dugongs and dolphins (of course), but the humpbacks played hard to get. You get that when dealing with wild and free beasties. We thoroughly recommend this experience to all.

What a magical and enjoyable day. Having just moved to Brisbane I’d made a pact with myself to get out and see what the city had to offer. I’d Googled Tangalooma Wrecks and thought- I’ve got to go there. I found Dolphin Wild and saw great reviews so thought I’d give it a go, and rallied up a couple of friends to come with. We have just had the most epic day. We saw dolphins we saw dugongs we saw sea turtles. We did an amazing drift snorkel through the Tangalooma Wrecks it was surreal and beautiful. So many fish and guided by professional and lovely eco guides. I learnt so much and feel like I’ve been away a few days! So much food and lots of laughs on the way back to the mainland. Mostly female crew too which was awesome to see :) For the price you really can’t look past it. I’ll definitely be back with any visitors who come up from the southern states. It was like taking the Whitsundays and placing it right next to a major city! 10/10 thanks for such an epic day.
